Philosfy Coffee, pronounced fi-los-uh-fee, draws inspiration from western world history when coffee was first introduced philosophers would often hang out in cafs to contemplate ideas. We hope to carry on that think tank tradition with people from all walks of life congregating here.All the coffees are roasted once a week in small batches by us. These ethically and consciously sourced beans arrive green from many different parts of the world before roasted to perfection. Only 1% of the best beans in the world make it to our roaster. Yes, you may call us the 1%. We hope to win your heart and inspire your mind with our Aristotle, Epicurus, Plato and Socrates Espresso.
