Story
Our family have deeply been in love with coffee since 1995 starting from endless conversations fueled by copious cups of brown gold, then being immersed in coffee culture through our travels to Costa Rica, Mexico and Italy, which finally lead us to buying our Costa Rican coffee farm in 2012.Since buying the coffee farm, we have been committed to working the land using shade management best practices, protecting the water shed, improving soil quality by building a diverse tree canopy, and supporting the local community with work opportunities and education. All of these endeavours are front and center in our approach to sustainable farming and sourcing in order to bring the highest quality cup of coffee to our customers in Calgary.
