When Jim Deters launched the first Gravity Haus in Breckenridge, he collaborated with Steve Holt of Unravel Coffee to establish a specialized coffee roasting and retail company with a hands-on approach. The concept of "coffee for good" evolved through Holt's commitment to direct farm access, co-producing, and importing coffee directly from Ethiopia in a sustainable manner that unites communities.
Holt has journeyed across the globe to find growers and source the next big thing in coffee.
