  • 1 a cup of milk

1. Place a medium-sized saucepan over a medium heat. Pour water and sugar into the pan and allow the mixture to boil for 8-9 minutes. While it's boiling, whisk it continuously to prevent it from burning. 

Gradually it will start thickening and transforming into a brown caramel sauce. 

2. Whisk in the butter, cream, salt, and vanilla extract. Allow everything to blend for about 3-5 minutes.

3. Set down the mixture and allow it to cool down. 

4. Add milk to the mixture and put it back on low heat for the milk to blend in. Whisk it continuously until the milk is thoroughly blended into the creamer. Ensure the heat is low to prevent the creamer from cuddling. 

Your salted caramel coffee creamer is ready. The creamer may appear runny at first. Set it down and let it cool down for it to thicken. You can store your creamer in a sealed jar or container and refrigerate.
